Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. As we deal in collectible numismatic items, condition is critical: items must not have been handled, sorted, or removed from protective sleeves/holders after delivery.

Opening Video Requirement An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return and damage claims. Without a clear opening video showing the sealed package being opened, we are unable to process any return, exchange, or damage claim. Please record this video at the time of delivery.

How to Start a Return Contact us at Info@zealhobbiez.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back to: HC-543, Phase I, Anna Nagar, Navalpattu, Trichy 620026. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your opening video as proof. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Items described and sold as "used," "circulated," or "heavily used" — condition is disclosed at time of sale
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or special orders
  • Items without an opening video as proof of claim

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unhandled condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Info@zealhobbiez.com.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
