Shipping policy
We dispatch all orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier We ship via India Post by default. If you require a specific courier (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart), please contact us at Info@zealhobbiez.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping (within India)
- Orders below ₹2,000: Flat shipping charge of ₹80

- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India (metro cities): 5–8 business days
- Rest of India (non-metro/remote areas): 8–14 business days

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your India Post tracking number. You can track your shipment at indiapost.gov.in or via the India Post mobile app.
International Shipping We do ship internationally. Please contact us at Info@zealhobbiez.com before placing your order for shipping availability, delivery timeframes, and charges to your country. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Info@zealhobbiez.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and opening video as proof. We will work with India Post to resolve the issue.
